We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, which helps us providing our clients with Ribbon Blenders. All these have U-shaped trough, shaft and hub system, in horizontal axis incorporating agitator. This agitator includes outer and inner spiral ribbons that are supported on arms, which are running throughout the length of the blender. Further, this excellent ribbon arrangement assures radial and axial mixing action by covering full volume. The ribbon arrangement also efficiently discharges the material by pushing it out from the trough. To provide an excellent balance of each movement of material, the inner and outer ribbons push the material in opposite directions of each other.
